Microsoft is investigating a potential issue impacting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. We'll provide an update within 60 minutes.
Incident has been resolved. Web and desktop application access is now available.
Microsoft have identified an issue with a recent deployment for Microsoft Copilot. They are reverting to a previous build to remediate impact as soon as possible. We expect this to be completed in the next 30 minutes.
At this stage, the outage appears to only be affecting https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/ and the M365 Copilot desktop application.
Copilot is still available in Microsoft Teams as a workaround.
